Start implementing Walgreen's register reward program so you can start getting paid to shop!
I like to take my allotted grocery money and buy food on sale, using both manufacturer coupons, store coupons, and offering register rewards. Then, I use those RR to buy non-food items, like toilet paper, shampoo, dish detergent, etc. (I use my change purse to cover the tax money.)
