Homemade Boil-in-Bag Rice
I love to feed healthy, brown rice to my family, but I hate how long it takes to cook.
I solved this problem by cooking up a bunch of rice, putting it into quart-size baggies, flattening them out and freezing them.
Flattening them makes them easy to stack in the freezer.
When I want some rice, I pull out a bag and either puncture a few holes in the bag and drop it into boiling water, or just drop the frozen rice into a bowl and heat it in the microwave.
Either way works well.
There you have it! Your very own boil-in-bag rice at a great price!
