I bought a box of cereal for 50 CENTS by using sales and coupons, then the Kellogg's company paid me $2.00 for buying it.  I was PAID $1.50 to buy cereal!

For ultimate savings, remember -

SAVINGS = STRATEGY, SALES and STACKING!

Yesterday, at Price Chopper, I picked up a 5# bag of Domino sugar
for ONLY $1.49!

This is how I did it:

Domino sugar

- regularly priced at $4.89

                     
- on sale for $3.99

                     
- store coupon $1.50 OFF (found in their flyer)

                     
- manufacturer's coupon for $1.00 OFF (I emailed the company and asked for coupons.)

TOTAL = $1.49

That's OVER a 70% savings!

(Stacking is what we call using a manufacturer's coupon and a store's coupon on the same item.)

Rite Aid's Wellness Program

The Wellness Program at Rite Aid is basically their store loyalty card - PLUS.

You earn one point for every dollar that you spend on non-prescription items.

You earn 25 points for every prescription you purchase; although there are some restrictions that apply.

For every 125 points, you receive a one-time, 10% OFF shopping pass.  It will print out right on your receipt when you earn it.

When you reach 500 points, you will be considered a silver member.  You will receive a 10% OFF ALL non-prescription purchased EVERY DAY.
You will also be able to receive FREE health screenings.

When you reach 1,000 points, you will be considered a gold member.  You will receive a 20% OFF ALL
non-prescription purchases EVERY DAY.

I was disappointed that the Ogdensburg Price Chopper would NOT double my dollar coupons.  They said that they only do that a few times a month at their location.

It was hard to stay down after SAVING so much money though!
